DESCRIPTION:The Convent Glen Orléans Wood Community Association invites community members in Orléans to a free lunch & learn webinar about how to become a stronger community in the face of mental health challenges and suicide. \nThe webinar will: \n\nShare tools about how to talk about suicide with someone who is struggling\nShare tools to help people who are struggling to talk about suicide and to get help\nHighlight trainings that are available in Ottawa if you’d like to go deeper in learning about how to be a community supporter\nShare existing organizational supports if people need to speak to a professional or a peer support person about their struggles.\n\nRegister here! \n— \nLe Convent Glen Orléans Wood Community Association invite les membres de la communauté d’Orléans à un webinaire gratuit sur la façon de devenir une communauté plus forte aux problèmes de santé mentale et au suicide. \nLe webinaire permettra de : \n\nPartager des outils sur la façon de parler du suicide avec une personne qui est en difficulté.\nPartager des outils pour aider les personnes qui ont des difficultés à parler du suicide et à obtenir de l’aide.\nMettre en évidence les formations qui sont disponibles à Ottawa si vous souhaitez approfondir vos connaissances sur la façon de devenir un soutien communautaire.\nPartager les soutiens organisationnels existants si les gens ont besoin de parler de leurs difficultés à un professionnel ou à un pair.\n\nInscrivez-vous ici ! \n*Veuillez noter que le webinaire sera en anglais seulement.
