DESCRIPTION:Join us in person at 240 Centrum Blvd. from 7:00-8:30 p.m.\, where we will explore ways to support children in developing co-regulation and self-regulation skills. \nCo-regulation and self-regulation are two powerful tools that form the cornerstone of a young child’s emotional development. Co-regulation\, where caregivers provide a safe and nurturing environment\, helps children learn to manage their emotions through trusted relationships. This creates a secure foundation from which they can begin developing self-regulation skills.
