DESCRIPTION:This activity is geared for parents and babies under the age of 6 months. Together we will have an open discussion about introducing solid foods to your baby. We will explore: signs that indicate your baby is ready\, how to start solids\, homemade baby food\, Baby-Led weaning\, allergies and more. We will make homemade baby food together and compare it with store bought baby food. Workshop being held at 240 Centrum Blvd.\, Unit 105\, Orléans. Registration required for this special activity – Register online! //\n \n  \nCette activité est conçue pour les parents et bébés âgés de 6 ans et moins. Ensemble nous aurons une discussion ouverte à propos de l’introduction aux aliments solides pour votre bébé. Nous allons explorer ensemble : les signes que votre bébé est prêt\, comment débuter les aliments solides\, les purées maisons\, l’alimentation autonome (Baby-Led weaning)\, les allergies et autre. Nous allons faire de la purée maison afin de la comparer à la purée commerciale.  L’activité est à notre local au 240\, boul.
